Founded in 2020, Holistic House, LLC was born from a vision to provide a nurturing, person-centered alternative for adults with developmental disabilities. Starting with a single home in N. Chesterfield, VA, we’ve expanded our services to meet the growing demand for quality residential care. Our journey began with a small, dedicated team committed to making a difference, and today, we proudly serve over 50 residents across our programs. Each milestone—licensing with DBHDS, hiring a licensed Registered Nurse to oversee care, and introducing recreational programs like art and music—reflects our ongoing commitment to excellence.
Our mission and goal is to support developmentally disabled individuals to exercise their freedom to make choices and preferences, and to give them quality, safe care in a supportive environment. Since 2020, Holistic House, LLC has been dedicated to empowering adults (18+) with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live fulfilling lives. Licensed through the state of Virginia (DBHDS), we strive to create a home-like setting where every resident’s unique needs and aspirations are met with compassion and expertise.

What qualifications do your staff have?
All staff pass criminal and abuse background checks, are screened for TB, and are certified in CPR and First Aid. Care is overseen by a licensed Registered Nurse.
